Mientras que Huysmans, un policía desengañado de todo investiga los crímenes de un « serial killer » que se ensaña con las prostitutas y travestis de Bruselas, Bo, transexual que lleva a rastras su inseguridad por las calles de esa misma ciudad, encendido de pasión por el guapo Johnny, del que no recibe más que burlas y humillaciones. Las dos historias se cruzan en el momento en que unos amigos de Bo caen entre las manos del asesino, comienza la investigación personal del travestí detective.

Bo is a transexual prostitute in Brussels who left home after being abused by her father. She's now in an abusive relationship with a neighbor and suspected by the police in a series of transexual murders. In order to clear herself she must turn detective.
